Follow-up!: It could simply be fibrocystic changes, or a simple cyst but please follow-up with your PCP or OB as soon as possible for further work-up!

: Fibrocystic breasts occurs in most women to some degree, but when present in greater degree, may cause "dimpling" of skin.  If you have strong family history of breast disease, see your GYN physician for an exam and additional testing (digital mammography).

i have a large indentation on my left breast when i raise my arms above my head.  i also am swollen under my left arm, leg, feet and ankle. ?

Very concerning: Any new lumps, bumps, skin changes in the breast should be evaluated by your doctor. Great job doing your breast exam and finding it. The description you have provided is concerning. A mammogram and a breast exam need to be done ASAP. Please contact your primary care doctor or Obgyn to have this evaluated.

: It depends on what the doctor learned.  Usually means to me the nipple may be inverted. Discuss with your local Dr who can look at you and give better answer.

Pregnancy/Breasts: It is most likely that your breasts have enlarged due to pregnancy and that you have not changed either your bra or shirt size to keep up.  This is very common.  Doubtful you have orange peel skin, a sign of advance breast cancer.  However, at next OB visit discuss with your Doctor.  In the meantime get fitted for a new bra, good time to check out those new ones you have been wanting.

when i lie down flat on my back, the outer portion of my breasts sink in, leaving me with large indentations. is this a problem or just lack of structure following 2 pregnancies and weight loss?

See a doctor: any changes in the shape of the breast at any position at any condition will warrant a physical evaluation by a physician so please do not ignore it and have it checked
