Leave it alone!: Your weight is normal. Why do you want to gain weight? How tall are you? In a few years your weight is going to start increasing and then you will look back fondly at this time when you could eat what you wanted and not gain weight. You may wish to engage in exercise to try to increase your muscle mass.

None: There are no currently proven medications to increase your sperm count.  Making yourself as healthy as can be, avoiding high temperatures around the testicles (tight underwear, hot tubs, saunas, etc), and increasing the time between ejaculations would be your best bet for increasing your sperm count.

MPV?: Mean platelet volume i assume.  This test measures the average size of your platelets and can be misleading for a variety of reasons. If there is any concern you should discuss with your doc.

Blue stool color: Blue food coloring is a popular food additive, and when ingested in large quantities can make stools appear blue. Blue is not a pigment typically produced by the human GI tract.  Blue is however the color that a hemoccult card will turn if blood is detected in stool--is this to what you are referring?

Yes & no: Presumably you're taking venlafaxine (effexor brand is discontinued in states) for major depression, in which case you really don't want to stay depressed, right? In other words, you want to get well & feel brighter as quickly as possible. I checked www.Epocrates.Com which states that you can increase your dose every 4 days (er form every 4-7d)! so work w/your doc. Don't forget counseling, too.

Weight&exercise: Weight gain in those areas could be hereditary, but exerise may help. Do brisk walking for an hour 5 dyas a week. You may add 1 pound dumbells after a while.
