Go see your doctor: Actually, while waiting for appointment, ask yourself a bunch of questions. Like, did you run out of medications? Eat more salt (or different foods) than normal? Get stressed over something (like that doesn't happen everyday, right?!). Try an illicit pharmaceutical? Start smoking? Drink more than typical? Stop exercising? Sleep less than usual? Get a new BP cuff (or drop/damage current one)?

No: Having low blood pressure, if anything, would have a protective effect against heart disease, and lessen your likelihood of needing a pacemaker.  Pacemakers are only needed for low heart rates, not low blood pressures.

Keep monitoring : Blood pressure goes up with exercise. In general it shouldn't go above 150/90 with exercise but if its over exertion, that number might go up without concern.

Cut out salt: Cut out salt and caffeine, keep a log of your bp, bring the log and the bp cuff to your appointment. You may have subclinical hypertension.

Well: That doesn't sound right unless the arteries are relaxing too much from dose, that could lead to light headiness. Its important you talk to your doctor about if is due to too much diuretic or to high of a dose on the BP medication.
