Other factors will decrease your fertility: smoking, obesity, underweight, polycystic ovary syndrome (hyperandrogenemia chronic anovulation).

It's simple really: Well, for starters, make sure you're not using any form of birth control (have any implants removed), and start having unprotected sex, often.  Your most fertile time will be 2 weeks after the first day of each menstrual period.  An ovulation kit will not improve fertility, but if you can only have sex once of twice a month :( it can help guide the best time to do it.  Start prenatal vitamins!
