Bundle branch block: Incomplete right bundle means there is a slight slowing of electrical impulse conduction in the right heart conduction system. It usually does not cause a problem. It doesn't mean the heart is dysfunctional.

Non acute: These EKG changes are usually suggestive (not diagnostic) of underlying chronic condition(s) eventually leading to increased atrial pressures. Overtime, strain increases and affects conduction properties of these chambers. Usually benign: Incomplete right bundle branch block. Electrical signals for heart pass down wiring divided into r and l bundles. Rbbb = delay in the signal passing to right side of heart - "normal" in 1/200 patients.  Incomplete is more common. Prevalence increases with age. Rbb associated with underlying heart disease signals worse outcome, but if isolated finding has no significance.

No: Incomplete RBBB can be a normal variant in 15% of the adult population and as such is a benign finding on ECG, not echocardiogram.  It basically means that the message from atria to ventricle traverses just a few msec slower down the right branch of the atrio-ventricular conduction system, than the left fork. Nothing to worry about.

Not dangerous.: Incomplete rbbb can be considered a normal variant, as it is very common in healthy hearts.  It does not usually go away, except in rare incidence of temporary high pressure overload (like with a pulmonary embolus).

Maybe: Incomplete rbbb is not a diagnosis but a finding. You should be evaluated by your doctor. If appropriate, repeat echo may be ordered.

RBBB: pts with isolated RBBB complete or incomplete are asymptomatic and dont need a pacemaker or medications unless syncope occurs.(fainting)or other conduction defects are present
best would be to get him checked by a pediatric cardiologist

ECG abnormality: T wave abnormalities are usually non-specific, especially if you are an otherwise healthy young woman. The computer read-out should always be confirmed and checked by the physician, so you will have more specific info after you get the opinion of the cardiologist. Of course, if you have cardiac symptoms like chest pain with exertion then a more urgent eval is a good idea.

Monitoring : Rbbb does not cause pauses. If you feel intermittent pauses, may help to have a 24 or 48 hr monitoring to determine the nature of your symptoms. Discuss with your doctor.
