Rate related delay: You have a "rate related LBBB" meaning that as your heart speeds up, the conduction through the His-Purkinje network of fibers (conducting tissue in the heart muscle) take a longer time than normal to repolarize (prepare electrically for the next impulse). As I said in my previous post to you, trust your EP doctor.

EKG findings: MUST be interpreted WITH CLINICAL DATA . Your medical history and a physical examination (in person visit) are necessary to interpret these findings all of which" may" be, in fact, NORMAL variations!

RBBB: In most cases is normal. If you have other cardiac risks like smoking diabetes hypertension cholesterol u need a stress test. If no other cardiac risk have an echocardiogram done.

Often nl variant: This can be a normal variant. It is usually not further worked up. Have you ever had an EKG before?  High blood pressure and lung disease are potential causes. There are congenital diseases that cause it, but you're 50. If you have a murmur, you should have an echo.

This pattern is not uncommon and may represent a normal variant, especially in young people and children.

If other symptoms occur or conditions are suspected, such as an asd, the ECG and patient will need to be evaluated by a cardiologist.
