No : Lbbb causes no symptoms and does not cause arrhythmias.

Possibly: You did not say if you were having symptoms (dizziness, palpitations, fainting, chest discomfort). Left bundle branch block is not an arrhythmia, but an abnormality in the heart's "wiring." it needs to be observed, but with normal tests as you described, and at your age, absent a family history of heart disease or sudden death it's unlikely to be dangerous at this time.
