Anovulation: It sounds as if you are experiencing anovulatory cycles. These are cycles where the ovary fails to release an egg.  This causes temporary hormonal disruption.

Varies: The endometrial thickness varies throughout the menstrual cycle. It is thin early on and thickens as you go through the cycle. You will need to clarify with your doctor what the measurement means in the context of your age and timing of the cycle. Only then can any conclusions be made.

Normal finding: The endometrim is always  supposed th thichen mid cycle as the uterus prepares to receive any fertilized egg that might come its way. It begins to break down in later cycle and become the menstrual flow.

Depends: A thickened endometrium with a missed period could be normal.  If a positive pregancy  test could be early pregnancy or possibly a prenancy in the tubedoc who told you about the thickened endometrium should be able to determine the cause.

Pregnancy test : The only way to know if you are pregnant is to check a pregnancy test 2 weeks after ovulation. An endometrium of 13 mm is good if it is on the ultrasound where they are checking for follicles but it does not tell us whether or not you will get pregnant.

Endometrium : Your doctor is likely measuring the thickness of the endometrium prior to scheduling your iui. You will need to discuss the specific protocol with your doctor. In general the doctor is looking for a thickness &gt; 6 mm which is associated with higher success rates. The specifics for you and the protocol you are  under going need to be discussed with your doctor.

Pregnancy test: Did you do a pregnancy test? Was it positive? If positive, it would be prudent to consult your obstetrician. If the urine pregnancy test is not helpful You may wish to get a blood test for HCG level.
