Genes determine it: There is no special diet or other ritual that will alter what the genes decide will be a babies skin tone. If your husband is dark, there is a fair to good chance your  kids can be also. Their shading will vary depending on the genes that pass at conception & those that dominate in the formation of the skin.

Don't worry.: Many women have these antibodies and the vast majority have normal pregnancies each time. Only a small fraction of such women will have the dreaded antiphspholipid antibody syndrome (which consists of recurrent thromboses, pregnancy losses and lupus-like disease). If you are otherwise asymptomatic and just happened to be positive for this immunologic test, you need to stay calm and see an mfm doc.

im 13 week pregant and my cervix length has reduced from 3.5cm to 3cm in last 13 weeks. got to know cl will reduce in pregancy and should be less than 2.5cm to avoid preterm delivery. so in coming weeks will this cl effect my pregancy by reducing?

Cervical length ?'s: It is not unusual for the cervical length to decrease during pregnancy, however, at "13 weeks" of pregnancy, the growing fetus is not generally the cause.  If you have had no prior premature labor, the majority of pregnancies to not result in an "incompetent cervix" which results in premature delivery or surgical correction.  Continued U/S to follow cervical length is advised.

is is possible for a cerclage to not be neceassary in 2nd pregancy due to scar tissue from last preganancy (w/cerclage) that's making cervix firm?

Anything possible : The situation you propose is certainly possible but it is not likely that a doctor would want to test your theory. If your theory is incorrect then it could result in a loss of the pregnancy.

One pill missed : Missing one pill in a month is not likely to decrease the effectiveness. If i understand correctly you took it when you remembered which is the correct thing to do. If you often miss pills you may want to consider another form of birth control like and iud.

hi..i need to know in 8th month of pregancy, bababys weight is only 1.7kg. and she is diabetic also.any complications for tht.

Yes: There are many complications for diabetics.  Hopefully you're under care of a doctor trained in high risk obstetrics.  If the baby is underweight, the doctor may add extra monitoring to make sure the baby is still gaining weight. If the baby is at risk for not gaining any more weight in the pregnancy, then at 8 months, the doctor may decide to deliver early. Ask your doctor for explanation.
