No: No, implantation bleeding occurs 7 to 9 days after ovulation which is approximately 5 to 7 days prior to an expected menstrual cycle.

Possible: Wait another week and check first AM urine with home pregnancy test. It could also be dysfunctional uterine bleeding which is common with hormonal shifts even with stress. Trying to conceive can be stressful which works against you. Easier said than done, but try to relax. Many couples conceive after adoption because the pressure is off. Follow up with your fertility specialist, too. Take care.

Bleeding common: Bleeding at any point after ovulation and during the first trimester of pregnancy is very non specific and does not really point to any diagnosis.  In our patients, 65% had bleeding early in pregnancy with a low miscarriage rate.  We encourage patients not to worry about these intermittent bleeds.  If pregnant, an ultrasound can help sort out the situation.  Good luck.

Generally not: True implantation bleeding should occur around 6 1/2-7 days post ovulation or fertilization.  So on a regular 28 day cycle with ovulation around day 14, this should be approximately day 21 or so.  If your cycle are a bit irregular than it is harder to tell.  A urine pregnancy test may be helpful but if negative does not mean you are not pg; and if your period is still late consider a blood test.

A person can't tell: Wait a few days. A positive pregnancy test can tell a woman that PRIOR spotting was actually implantation spotting. It can be hard to tell if she is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result about 3 weeks after sex, 1 week after missing a period, or 1 week after having a "weird" period.

May be: Implantation bleeding is not a reliable symptom or sign. If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative, repeat the test 4-5 days later, unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

wait and if you miss your period, do an in home pregnancy test.If you get your period that means it was not due to implantation and if it recurs get your self checked by your gynecologist.

Yes: Yes. If you have a 24-26 day cycle, and cycle day 1 is the first day of your period, you are ovulating on cycle day 10-12. The first part of your cycle can vary, but when you ovulate, your period comes 14 days later. So, yes, it could be implantation bleeding on cycle day 19.

i took plan b on nov. 14th/19th and dec 2nd. heavy 3 day "period" came on dec 8 when expected, but ended very early. implantation bleeding or period?

Period most likely: Most likely it is period and may be effected by taking Plan B three times
if you are serious about not getting pregnant and sexually active.I will suggest you go on birth control pills or an iud.Discuss with your gynecologist if you like.
