Post Op Eval: It it normal to go have a post-operative evaluation from your Dentist.  They will be able to evaluate the level of healing and if all is progressing correctly.  They must see your situation in order to evaluate and answer your questions.

Depends: From my research it looks like takes about year. A rubber band is attached to the chain to put a light eruptive pulling force on the impacted canine. Slow process to move the tooth into its proper place in the dental arch. I would ask your dentist or orthodonist to explain the treatment plan for your specific situation.

ENT is choice: Presumably you know about your "impacted" bone in your sinuses because you had a scan or a nasopharyngoscopy or perhaps surgery. The only doctor who is competent to investigate further (might not be surgery by the way) in an ent, also known as an otolaryngologist.
