Dose number depends: Usually 3 vaccine doses are needed for full protection. The normal dose schedule is dose one, followed by second dose at least 4 weeks afterwards and third dose at least 5 months after that dose.
There is also an accelerated series which requires a later fourth dose given in one year. To make it more complicated, there is a 2 dose series-recombivax hb-   licensed for children & teens ages 11-15.

my blood work says hepatitus a pos. = immun what does this mean!? what is hepatitis and should i be worried?

what does immune mean? am i positive / active?

Translation: This implies you are immune to the disease. You acquire immunity by having the vaccine or having had the illness. The test does not suggest you have the disease currently. The vaccine was available when you were a child.

Viruses: With a viral infection the virus invades the cells as opposed to bacterial infections which are outside the cells. Bacterial infections often make you acutely sicker but respond to antibiotics. Viral infections are often less dramatic but smolder and are not affected by antibiotics, may last longer and may take longer to regain your energy and rebuild the damage done. It may take weeks to feel ok.

i'm on allegra 180mg in the morning, xyzal (levocetirizine) 5mg at night, plus dymista and immun shots, and i still get a lot of white mucus when i do a sinus rinse why?

Some mucus is normal: Your therapies are to control symptoms, but your upper respiratory mucosa is still functional. If sneezing, congestion, runny nose, etc are controlled then i would not be overly concerned with the nasal wash results.

concerned because my son was sick and put on zithromax and prednisone for what they thought was bronchitis. found out he actually had covid. can the prednisone slow his viral clearance! i am concerned this could hurt his recovery by suppressing immun?

: This combination of meds was/is an early treatment that assisted patients in the first wave of the pandemic. The method of action was not clear but the dosing of prednisone for a brief course did not disable the immune system and did mute the inflammatory response that made so many patients sicker. Please discuss your concerns with his doc, but I do not find this rx a problem.
