Depends : Some providers will drain it while others will teach you how to wrap it in the hopes that it will reabsorb on its own, especially in order to reduce the risk of introducing infection. Your physician can evaluate you further to help you determine the best course.

Possible: Blunt trauma can cause internal injury depending on how much force is involved, if your pain is severe and limits your ability to function, see a doctor immediately, internal bleeding is difficult to gauge, so if you have other signs like light-headedness or dizziness, go to the ER now !

Needs to be drained: Drainage indicated an infected sweat gland or oil gland. If it drained a little bit, then it needs to be drained more by a bigger cut by a doctor. PLEASE GO AND SEE YOUR DOCTOR OR URGENT CARE TO GET THIS DONE.

Let it stabilize: I'm sorry it ruptured. The keratin and/or sebum in the cyst promotes bacterial overgrowth and greatly interferes with healing. You should get with your physician now for possible antibiotic treatment; you may need surgery when things settle down.

No not bad: Rupture of an ovarian cyst is a common occurrence. Painful yes. But clears up. The fluid does clear up

Seen a doc?: I don't know if a dr. Put you on the antibiotic or if you simply started taking something you had already. If this was a real blister, such as from a burn or from rubbing, then draining the blister fluid is a good idea as that sort of fluid contains enzymes that could slow down healing. If this is from anything else, then do not drain it and please see your family doctor. Good luck.

No : Rupture of a benign ovarian cyst would not be expected to affect liver function.

BOTH: These cysts will continue to recur unless the cyst is completely surgically drained or excised in total. Bacterial cultures are mandatory for correct antibiotic therapy. I advise using sterile gauze pads gently placed over  the ruptured cyst.
