having a lot of anxiety and tremors feels like withdrawals i also take klonpin. i take 44mcgs but this has never helped im always fatigued ?

Call your doctor: Unfortunately your question seems confusing because Klonopin (clonazepam) comes in milligrams, not micrograms.  Also it does not come in 44 mg increments -- and this would be an extreme dose if you did take it.  If you're actually taking that much by adding smaller doses together, it's no wonder you'd be fatigued..  Please contact your prescribing physician about this!

Speak to your dr: The amount of sleep you get is not the only gauge used to measure fatigue.  You may have other physical, mental or emotional things going on.Start by speaking to your physician.  There are simple blood test that can be do to rule out serious problem.  Speak to a close friend, co-worker or family member about your life and the things you think about.  They may be able to help.  Exercise, good luck.

Fatigue: I would suggest any multivitamin that contains antioxidants.  However, chronic fatigue is not often the result of a vitamin deficiency in our modern times.  I recommend that you see a physician who will order the necessary diagnostic tests to determine the cause(s) of your chronic fatigue.

Possibly: Consult w/ your doctor about the tyest results and recommendations. I expect they checked other possible systems too. Replacement hormone therapy may help - do a full inquiry and eat nutritiously, sleep well, exercise properly, do all that stuff. I hope it is corrected soon. Best!

: A transfusion is not recommended at a Hb of 14, physical exercise always helps, other reasons for your fatigue should be ruled out.

Full workup: The list of possibilities is still long, including fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, parasomnias, chronic infections, a faulty home heater producing carbon monoxide, and even a difficult life situation. Get to a sleep speciaiist for starters

Post  partum depress: If it is psot partum depression this will improve. It coudl be something else. With  pregancy there are  a lot of  hormone and endocrine changes  and sometime after  pregancy endocrine  problem and remain. You can discuss this with your physician or see an endocrinologist.

Complicated answer: Do you want any more kids? If yes, don't take any form of testosterone b/c it'll shut down your sperm production. Instead, you'll need to go off-label w/clomiphene or hcg. If you don't want more kids, then many options. Androderm, androgel, axiron, fortesta, striant, testim & testopel in add'n to (weekly) shots. Check w/insurance to see which options they'll cover. Then see if you can afford rest.
