how can i be able to tell the difference from acne & ringworm? when it started i thought was acne but now that its clearing i'm thinking its ringworm?

Itch vs pain: Ringworm usually itches while acne may be painful.  Also, ringworm is rare on the face.

Ozone: Ozone is an irritant and can cause irritation of your lungs or can cause a post nasal drip causing you to clear your throat frequently.

For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Menses: The brownish discharge is likely old blood being cleaned from the uterus.  Break through bleeding or an early period may be related to hormone imbalances for a number of different reasons.

Possible reflux. : Reflux can cause the symptoms you describe, but best to see an ENT to get scoped for a more precise evaluation.

i recently had a ct done & they found 3 nodules on my lungs. i've been clearing my throat for a year which i thought was a nervous tick. cancer?

I bet not: These nodules aren't making you clear your throat, no matter what they are. Here in kansas city, a majority of us have at least one nodule from where we defeated the histoplasmosis fungus and walled it off. This is the most likely explanation, especially at your age. If you are healthy otherwise, and your physician is good with this, the nodules are best left alone.

It can be tough.: Your conundrum is a common one. Throat clearing can be a common sign of various conditions, including GERD but also allergies and common viral infections. It's difficult to tell the difference at times, but if your GERD is and has been well controlled, then perhaps you should consider alternatives. Other viral symptoms or nasal/eye itching could point you toward a cold or allergies, respectively.

i've had hoarseness and frequent throat clearing for years.always thought it was post nasal drip but lately developed heart burn. likely gerd related?

Possible: Or rather LPR, laryngopharyngeal reflux, that's when the stomach acid reaches the throat in GERD. Kindly ask your doctor to refer you to an ENT specialist who would examine your upper airways too for the possible post nasal drip as well, you may need treatment for both conditions, LPR can be controlled when GERD is controlled, good luck
