Hard to say: What you describe needs a physical exam, likely with a thyroid ultrasound and possibly a us guided fine needle biopsy. I would encourage you to seek out an endocrinologist as soon as possible.

i feel a pea  lump on lower neck left side above clavicle. it seems to be getting smaller but not sure. discover 10 days ago. i had. thyroid cancer 2y?

Not to worry: I t may be just a lymp node  that reacts with some inflammation within that area, and it is getting smaller.But you need to see your doctor for proper evaluation. You also need to follow up with your oncologist /or endo. Doc about your thyroid cancer regularly.

Need More info.: I am going to assume you mean the lump/bump at the outer edge of the collarbone (clavicle). This is a joint called the ac joint or acromioclavicular joint.  If you have pain with this lump or it is a new lump or slowly increasing in size you need to see an orthopedic surgeon and get xrays. Good luck.

Flat lump: May be lipoma or a lymph node . It should be evaluated by a physician and if persists may need a biopsy. F/u with a doc over next week

Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. It is not likely to be scoliosis and if the lump has arisen recently, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.

i have had a pea sized lump above my collarbone close to my neck on the left side.  it is hard and moveable, but hasn't grown.  should i be concerned?

See a surgeon: While most small lumps under the skin are not worrisome, you should see a surgeon for consultation.  In that area you describe sometimes lymph nodes can swell and indicate other disease.  Most lesions can be removed in the office under local anesthesia.

: That could be from a poor neck position during sleep, a muscle strain. If I am correct that symptom should improve tomorrow.

Supraclavicular lump: What you describe might be one of several things, including a lipoma, cyst or a lymph node.  Cancer is possible, specifically Hodgkin&#x27;s lymphoma given your age, although enlarged lymph nodes in Hodgkins are more often painless.  Other cancers would be less likely.  Make an appointment to see your doctor so that it can be evaluated.  Overall odds are that it is not going to be something serious.

Any weight loss: early satiety? decreased appetite? see your primary care doctor to schedule and upper endoscopy, chest x-ray.  Have any other symptoms such as  upper respiratory infections? How large is the lump, how long has it been there.  Any lump ( lymph node???) on the side of your left collarbone is known as virchow's node..   This lymph node drains your thoracic ducts, your abdomen and your thorax.
