Not necessarily bad: For simple spotting without pain, watch it - especially if it was after intercourse.  If you have heavy flow or any pain, see a doctor.  If you can detemine the bleeding was coming from the urethra (where you pee) also see a doctor as this could be an infection, and should be treated.

Probably not: On the pill, one of the most common complaints is breakthrough bleeding.  This can make its way out as a brownish discharge.  Take another test in a couple of weeks to be sure and try not to worry.  If this persists, then talk to your doctor about a different pill.

: What you described is not consistent with pregnancy. You may have gained weight. Regular exercise and diet may be helpful.

: If the tests are neg then chances of preg are near 0. sperm on vulva will not cause preg. They have to be in the vagina.

Low estrogen: Usually not enough estrogen early in cycle, this could be your birth control or a weight issue.  Polyps are a possibility as well.

NO IT IS NOT: No blood on wiping after pee is not a sign of pregnancy.
Missed periods,tender and swollen breasts,Nausea/Vomiting are few of the common signs of pregnancy

Depends: If there are no other symptoms, you can monitor your cycles by keeping track of them with a calendar.  Monitor for signs or symptoms of pregnancy- I am assuming this is a one time deal- with no other problems, monitor re-occurance.  If that happens, if your symptoms worsen, or if you could be pregnant, see you physician.

Yes: But that doesn't mean that you are protected from pregnancy by previously using plan b.

No: What you are describing is defintely not normal and must be evaluated.  It probably results from absence of regular ovulation which is causing this abnormal bleeding.  It may be due to a condition called pcos.  In this situation, prolonged exposure to estrogen can lead to precancerous condition involving the uterine lining.  You should see your doctor.
