Immunodeficiency : People can be born or develop a problem with the immune system. In the case you refer to, lack of igg IgA igm and ige is a deficiency in antibody or immunoglobulin production. Certain conditions can also cause accelerated loss of immunoglobulins even if produced adequately.  People who have low levels of these immune proteins have trouble fighting infection.

The  elevated  IgG is not specific but can be  present  for a variety of reasons. You may need to see a rheumatologist  to help clarify this.

More info needed: The question asked can be intreperted in many ways. Normally these are levels in relation to a disease. A high IGM means recent infection, a high IGE means something allergic is bothering you and low  IGG means less memory antibodies for an old infection. Low IGA is antibody for your gut/intestines. Sometimes a hematologist, immunologist or oncologist is needed to track this down.

Can't answer: You did not mention the units used for the igm. Also, if the igm is really low without any other abnormalities, it would not necessarily explain why you are tired.
