Possible: I would focus on the possible comment. Immunofixation results are notoriously poorly reported. Without careful confirmation i would believe this to be an over interpretation, especially in a 22 yo.

Useless test: K/L ratio is not a useful test. About one third of patients without monoclonal immunoglboulin have an abnormal ratio, usually with kappa excess. At your age you are unlikely to have myeloma.

Your ANA is  high as well,  Would check for kidney disease, lupus/ autoimmune disease and myeloma.

Rule out MM: Has multiple myeloma and amyloidosis been ruled out on this patient?? Definitely a bone marrow biopsy is highly recommended in addition to multiple myeloma panel.
