Not nescessarily: Ovaries  can be  removed  alone  leaving  behind  the  tube.  It  depends  on  the  disease process causing  the  need for removal. The  alone  can  be  removed for large  cyst involving  the ovary  while  endometriosis  involving  the ovary and tube  may  result in  removal of both.

Get re-examined.: First of all, congratulations for being the first person to remove their own ovary! :)  Secondly, if the ovary was removed the cyst could not come back.  You may have other things going on from the surgery or another problem altogether.  You may need further testing, like an ultrasound or CT scan.  Go back and see your OB/GYN.

Narcotics?: Due to your recent surgery, are you taking narcotics or any muscle relaxants or other sedating medications that could be causing you to experience blurry, abnormal vision?  If persistent you may benefit from evaluation by a physician.

Time to go: It is time for the remaining tube and ovary to be surgically removed as the pain will not abate until that is accomplished. You will probably need hormone replacement therapy(HRT) at age 34 so discuss this with your surgeon prior to surgery.

i had both overies and my tubes removed in 2011. i am now having cramping and bleeding. is this normal?

Not normal: Are you on hormone therapy?  If so, that could be the cause of bleeding. But even so, you should check in with your gynecologist for an evaluation.  Bleeding after having your ovaries removed could be related to something wrong inside your uterus.  Good luck!

Unlikely: Twisting of the tube and ovary (torsion) is an unusual event anyway. It cannot occur on the side that was taken out. It would be extremely unlikely to happen to your other side.

An egg = 1 cell: When ovulation occurs it is one cell. This is very very very small. It will simply be absorbed.
