i have most of the symptoms of appendicitis but i don't have stabbing pain on my right side or vomiting or fever. middle stomach hurts more and always?

could this be appendicities pain in lower right side, stomach hurts and i've been going to the bathroom but its not like diarrea. its tender when you touch in that area. i don't feel sick to my stomach and i haven't thrown up at all.

What : What you described can easily be a presentation of an acute appendicitis. It can often present as right lower abdominal pain and is often associated with gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Appendicitis is a condition that should be diagnosed asap, because if left untreated it can lead to serious consequences such as sepsis (infection of the blood) and death in some cases. So for anyone reading this post abdominal pain is serious and should most always be evaluated by a medical provider.

Maybe: A few hours. Can be 4-12 hours, but not all patients with appendicitis get the same feelings. While mid abdominal pain that moves to the right lower abdomen is a "classic" sign, not all people get that symptom. See a doctor if you are concerned.

Early - not necessar: Appendicitis can start with mild pain around the belly button. The pain worsens over time. It can become sharp with loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting & possibly a fever.  The pain usually moves toward the right lower quadrant of abdomen. Bouncing or jolting will often make the pain worse. Appendicitis can  have varying presentations.  If you have severe abdominal pain it is best to get to er.

Need doctor to check: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side, and cause pain. Having gas may or may not be related to the discomfort (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A hernia or ovarian problem can also cause pain.

i had a perforated appendicitis  and i had gotten a drainage tube on my lower right side of my stomach on february 24th and i still have the drainage in me but theres a smell coming from the bag its already a month that i had this drainage ?

Likely infection,: needs to be rechecked by  your surgeon.  This could mean an abscess is recurring.
