Yes: The bluish color emited by computer monitors, tvs and other screens supresses melatonin production. Melatonin is your body's natural sleep hormone; it helps set your internal clock. When it is supressed you don't feel sleepy or  sleep poorly.  If you are bothered by computer work or tv watching simply turn off the devices 4 or more hours before bedtime to allow your body to release melatonin.

Sort of the same: Circadian rhythm disorder is a sleep problem that has to do with your own body's internal clock. Sometimes, your body clock is not in sync with the 24 day/night cycle. This is a circadian rhythm disorder. Shift workers sleep disorder is sort of like this, where people have difficulty with sleep because they work different shifts and, again, their own body clock gets out of sync.

Delayed release med: The delayed release meds are made to slowly release the med over a longer period of time. If the tablet or capsule is opened or crushed it will not release the med as smoothly or for as long. There will still be some benefit, but not as long an effect.

i took a plan b and it dissolved on my tongue, i swallowed the dissolved pill. i also took another and crushed it up and swallowed all the little pieces. will the plan b still work?

i was prescribed 2 500mg azithromycin tablets 1 time use for chlamydia and i crushed them and put them in capsules and took them that way but a little bit of the powder was left and little bit fell out most of the pill fit will it still work properly?

Chlamydia: The 1000 mg dose is not exactly rocket science and there is a good possibility that you have taken enough of the prescribed dose.  I believe that you could be tested in a week to determine whether you're clear of the infection.

Yes: it can!  Be cautious though, to make sure you actually take ALL of the pieces.

Change to what?: If you are talking about adjusting an hour or so that should happen pretty quickly.  If you are considering a several hour shift it may take several days and a complete reversal of your sleep cycle may take a week.
