Depends: Your work clearance will actually depend on the nature of your surgery rather than the fact it was done under general anesthesia. The recovery from general anesthesia is short (1-2 days at maximum), while the extent of your surgery will mandate the decision for clearance.

how long should you wait before getting back on your feet after a foot operation?

Depends on procedure: It really depends on what procedure was performed. 

For example, most bunionectomies you can be back on your feet in a week or two in a surgical shoe or immobilizer however some require 6-8 weeks of non-weightbearing before allowed to bear weight.
For other procedures such as hammertoe correction or removal of a cyst or lesion, you may be able to bear weight immediately, albeit in a surgical shoe.

my mom had operation done to remove lover cancer. 3 months later it is back ? is it medical negligence or just bad lick ? why does she have to wait a month for help ? she is suffering and they are taking their time why ?

Missing info: There are primary liver cancers but cancers can go there as a metastasis or secondary location from another primary site. A comment on the care would only be appropriate by a cancer specialist who had all the original &amp; surgical records to review. Neuropathy : Possibly peripheral neuropathy most often caused by diabetes can be from Vitamin b12 deficiency or idiopathic or other neurological diseases . See primary care physician and neurologist for diagnosis and treatments

Post urethral sling: There is no reason to prevent your "clitoral stimulation" b/c of a sling procedure.

how soon after male breast reduction surgery can i start exercising my chest again? do i have to wait until i've completely recovered from my male breast reduction, or can i start back at reduced intensity earlier?

I : I typically recommend that you wait 3-4 weeks before returning to aerobic activity, and wait 4-6 weeks before heavy lifting and strenuous activity.  This helps avoid prolonged swelling.

Dont wait to diagnos: Depends.  Some pain gets better over time as the body adapts.  Some needs more immediate treatment to avoid long term pain or disorder.  Seek specialist advice.
