Not likely: The spleen is located toward the back and under the left ribs. The spleen would have to become quite large for someone to be able to feel it or cause local pressure feelings.

Splenomegaly: If she has already been evaluated and there is no specific cause, then it is an incidental enlargement. Most importantly, no blunt force trauma such as serious aerobic or strenuous sporting activity that can be jarring to the body.

No: Generally if it is big enough, a physician can feel it on physical exam.  Ultrasound or a ct scan would also be able to tell how big your spleen is.

Hi CRP/ LN: Could be mononucleosis, malaria or other infection or rarely could be issues like lymphoma. get mononucleosis titers IgM, igG, , get CBC, thick smear, blood cultures rest , may need biopsy if does not resolve in a month. Follow up with your doctor,

Find the cause: If this is mild gaucher's disease, a touch of rheumatoid arthritis, or something similar, it'll be your physician's call based on how low the levels are and whether this warrant's a diagnosis of felty's. If the explanation is unclear and your physician is perhaps seeking a primary hematopoietic disease, expect an in-depth workup. Wishing you good luck. Treat people, not lab values.

There  may be no pai: There usually is no pain from an enlarged  spleen - unless it is injured or ruptured.  A CT of the chest and abdomen should answer  your inquiry

what does a mildly enlarged left periaortic lymph nodes indicate? i had ct ivp/ urogram do to check urinary tract for cancer. all organs visible-liver,pancreas,bladder,spleen, adrennal glands are normal?

: Maybe normal but need more details such as history of GI disease. CBC, What about the prostate stuff.
