i have white under my tongue that looks like peeling skin that i think is causing major pain especially to my lower jaw and throat. what could it be?

Yeast: This could be a yeast infection. If you have been on antibiotics it could predispose you to yeast. Less common causes of white plaques in the mouth are lichen planus and skin cancer.  If the condition persists you should see your doctor.

See your doctor: There are many causes of hair loss in children, including a fungus infection (called tinea capitis), and some autoimmune and inflammatory causes.  Your doctor or a dermatologist can make the diagnosis and treat your child.

Eczema: Sounds like it may be dishidrotic eczema.  Could be contact dermatitis from some exposure to chemicals or too frequent hand washing or it could be a fungal infection.  I would see your doctor.  In many cases avoidance, lotion/emollients, steroid cream and/or antifungals are needed.  It should be treatable though and can be a very troublesome condition.

i have peeling skin on my face and it looks horrible due to sunburn! should i put any creams/lotions or will it make it worse? face looks really dirty

Apply unscented: moisturizing lotion. Do not try to peel the skin yourself. Although that may seem to help, it will just peel more and possibly lead to bleeding, infection and scarring. Be careful of any makeup you apply, which could make the peeling worse. Also, stay out of the sun until this is healed and then make sure you're diligent with sunscreen and re-applying for the future.

: Consider please having a culture done on the scabs with appropriate topical therapy thereafter and even possibly oral as well

What are: the 2 diagnosis. Can you show the rash . Will be concerned with scabies or contact dermatitis or impetigo but without picture or diagnosis of the previous Dermatologist or the treatments that did not work it is just a guess.

There : There is a possiblity. You also might have psoriasis. My recommendation would be to either visit a podiatrist or a dermatologist and have them take a skin biopsy of your feet and send it to pathology to discover exactly what type of skin condition you have. Based on that, a proper treatment plan and medication can be administered to treat it.
