Good medication: This is a good combination for hypertension.  But you are only 25 years old, you may want to talk to a primary doctor to see whether or not you truly have high blood pressure.

i have high blood pressure and i take chronic meds for it. after i sit in my hot bath tub and come out i am always hot and dizzy where i need to sit down. is my hypertension the cause of this occurrence ?

: A hot tub could cause dilatation of your arteries and low blood pressure especially if you are not well hydrated. While hypertension(uncontrolled) or medications used for blood pressure control could be the cause, prolonged exposure to hot water during warm weather is  more likely. It is important that you limit the time you spend in the hot tub and see your doctor to look into this.

if i have high blood pressure, will i get heart disease? my doctor told me i have pre-hypertension. i know i may develop high blood pressure, but does this mean i will develop heart disease too?

First : First of all you should know that pre-hypertension is not hypertension. You may never develop it, especially if you maintain a healthy weight and eat a low sodium diet. However, genetics also plays a role of which you have no control over. 
Hypertension increases the risk of one developing hypertensive heart disease. Like i stated previously, lifestyle, genetics, and other medical conditions (diabetes, high cholesterol) are factors as well.

You should take biaxin 500 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, Phenergan (promethazine) dm cough syrup one teaspoonful 3 times a day till the cough improves, Allegra 180 mg  one tablet at night for 3 weeks.  Continue also your present medication for high BP and cholesterol.

: No, your hypertension is controlled, not "cured".  But as long as your medicine works, and stabilizes your hypertension, you should work with your doctor and not miss your medication.

Clenching : Clenching of your jaws is a sign of stress. That you take "nerve pills" only confirms that you suffer from stress related problems.

Speak to your physician who may be better able to refer you to someone who can help you by physically seeing you and speaking to you.

when i lay down my blood pressure is 116/ 77 , when i am sitting it goes up to 130/99 to 120/94 , its always normal while laying down , but when i am sitting it gets high, would this be hypertension?i didnt receive an answer ... thanks

Blood pressure: Normal blood pressure is systolic blood pressure less than 120 and diastolic less than 80. You would have an elevated systolic blood pressure and stage two hypertension with a diastolic blood pressure greater than 90.

The treatment of hypertension is multifaceted, but you can expect better control of your numbers and your long-term outcomes with lifestyle changes, including a healthy diet and regular exercise. Prescription medications have a role as well, and the best one(s) for you, based on your medical history, can be determined by a primary care doctor.

im measuring my blood pressure cause i'm query hypertension, but my initial number is always high (i have anxiety so i always check again) and the next two measurements are lower and lower again.. is this normal?

: 
This is called the alerting response as squeezing your arm is sensed as something that may need you to flee or fight. So BP goes up just in case. Then body changes it mind and adapts. I recommend you take BP every min till it stops going down the take 3 more readings and average those. Take same time of day and use exactly the right sized cuff, positioning etc. Can also have Dr do 24 hr BP.

Simple: Lose weight. Avoid salt. Take medications. Those are the only safe ways. (gunshot wounds work but, obviously, are not safe).
