Addicting.: Where is the pain?  Let us know and we can offer better advice.  Tramadol is addicting, and affects motor and cognitive function, like any other opiate.   Occasional use is OK, but do not drive or operate hazardous machinery or engage in risky activities (climbing ladders, rock-climbing, swimming) and avoid alcohol and other sedating meds like antihistamines.  No recreational drug use either.

Probably okay, but..: Interaction between Aspirin and Lexapro that inhibits the uptake of serotonin in platelets and therefore makes it more likely for there to be an upper G.I. Bleed associated with Aspirin use. There are also potentially significant interactions between Lexapro and wellbutrin (bupropion), (bupropion) Lexapro and tramadol, and wellbutrin (bupropion) and tramadol. Combination of medications should be monitored closely by your doctor.

im on aspirin because of a recent mild stroke, and painkillers for my sciatica such as anarex and tramadol dont seem to work anymore?

: True sciatica is the result of nerve origin pain. If present for longer than a couple of weeks, it rarely is due to persistent inflammation. Persistent pain suggests nerve damage. Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatories and not expected to work. Anarex is for muscle origin pain and not expected to work. Tramadol has weak properties for controlling nerve pain. The best choice is the anti-seizure meds

Available : Tramadol is available with tylenol and without.  Am unaware of combination with aspirin. There are also short duration and long duration preparations available.

Asprin or ibuprofen: Any nsaid, non steroidal anti inflammatory will do.  If the pain is no better in 3-5 days please return to your dentist for further evaluation.  Rarely teeth can be injured during tooth movement.

Stomach bug: For nausea you could try meclizine.  Otherwise it is all about staying hydrated.

Wear Med Alert Tag: He should get a med alert bracelet or necklace and wear it at all times. Emt's are trained to check for these items.

Drug interactions: See:  https://www.drugs.com/drug-interactions/alprazolam.html. I know of no contraindication for use of alprazolam if allergic to aspirin.
