If constipated,the bowls R moving stool along, and if there's a gas bubble,the peristalsis pushes the air around the hard stool. This causes increased pressure or stretching of the colon wall. Sounds muscular: right sided pin when you move your chin to chest sounds like a muscle related pain.  Gallbladder pain is related to eating.  Aortic pain is between shoulder blades.  Hope you feel better.

Possibly!: You are right, gallbladder pain can sometimes be felt in the right shoulder blade or side. But other things can cause pain there. If it hurts when you breathe in, you should see a doctor right away to rule out a blood clot to your lungs. Pleurisy (inflammation of the lung lining), muscle strain, fluid around the lung, and even problems with the esophagus, liver, or pancreas can cause this.

Yes if: Hi,If your gall bladder was removed laparoscopically within the past 5-7 days,then the pain you are having is due to the carbon dioxide used to inflate your abdomen during the surgery(thereis a neuro-anatomical reason for this).The percocet you are taking should help and the pain should disappear after the CO2 is all gone.If your gb surgery was much longer ago,see a doctor soon.Best wishes.

Yes it can be: The shoulder blade region is a common area of referred pain from the GI system and gallbladder pain can be referred to this area.

Shoulder pain: Not common, but it does happen if the diaphragmatic nerves are irritated and there is referred pain to the posterior shoulder.

Doubtful: not your classic gall bladder symptoms.  Gall bladder issues really would not change or occur with movements of you arm.  Sounds like a sprain.  Get eval.  best wishes.

Commonly missed: Rib: Several possible causes including pleurisy or lung injury, punctured intestine. The most common cause for pain in this location which is not serious, however, but is extremely painful is a dysfunctional rib. Md's almost never make this diagnosis, but osteopathic docs who commonly do hands-on diagnosis and treatment, in addition to doing all the other work-up, often find and treat this problem.

Unlikely : Based on the location, I would say it's unlikely to be gerd related. Sounds like it may be more of a musculoskeletal type of pain. Maybe try some yoga? Sounds crazy, but it could work. Hope this helps!
