Yes: A directed ultrasound of the breast should be done to check the affected breast, as well as a careful physical exam.  If these tests are normal, it may be advisable to order an MRI of the breast.

Dedicated : Dedicated ct imaging of the breast is essentially only performed in a few research facilities, so i will assume that something was found in your breast incidentally during a ct of your chest.

First, make sure that the radiologist performing the mammogram had the ct scan for comparison. If you feel the lump that was seen on ct, then you should probably have an ultrasound performed in the area for further evaluation. If you do not feel the lump and the radiologist compared the mammogram with the ct and was not concerned, then the ct finding was probably incidental and no further evaluation would be indicated. However, if you are still concerned you could have a follow-up mammogram in six months to ease your concern.

Breast Lump: Negative results are good news.  Unfortunately that does not guarantee that the lump is no a problem.  Most lumps not seen on these tests are not harmful and either normal fibrous tissue or a normal fat deposit.  However the only way to be absolute when a lump is not visualized is to have a biopsy done.  I would suggest you discuss this with your doctor and have it rechecked in a month or two.

Lymph nodes: Can enlarge in response (therefore "reactive") to infection or inflammation.  Or it can become enlarged with malignancy, such as lymphoma or metastatic cancer.  I don't think findings on your mammogram are alarming.  Ask your doctor to make sure.

Yes, even longer: Yes, actually breast cancer begins as a single cell and probably requires 10 years of growth to become approximately 1 cm in size. This is when it will first be revealed during an exam by the doctor.  While a mammogram may pick it up slightly sooner it is certainly the fact that the mass has been there for many years prior to its discovery with mammographic imaging.

May be: A breast cyst. See your doctor for a repeat examination. A new ultrasound may confirm a cyst, or simple needle aspiration may also resolve it.

Possible gynecomast: Lumps are seen in male breast which has a  normal duct system.  Fibroadenomas rarely seen but Ca less frequent at your age.  Mammo should not be used because even male breast tissue sensitive to RTl  Needle aspiration or sono can be employed.  Disease almost guarteed to be benign and may require excision.

left breast lump found on bse; had mammogram followed by u/s. complex cyst w/debri (5mm) identified. told to have repeat mammogram in 1 year but how do i know for sure the "debri" isn't worrisome? should i get 2nd opinion or request biopsy?

Breast cyst.: Given that your age does put you at risk for breast cancer, unfortunately, with or without a family history of such, a second opinion wouldn't hurt.  Complex cysts are a bit more worrisome than simple cysts as they have some contents.  I wouldn't panic right now, but a second opinion or a breast MRI wouldn't be a bad idea.

had a mammogram for breast lump, have to see breast oncologist, no diagnosis and have red pinpoint dots on legs. what would cause this?

Hmmm: Frankly, without more info and not being able to see you, I can't tell if the breast mass and the lesions in the legs relate.  I doubt it but make sure you see the oncologist when scheduled and ask him/her to take a look at those spots.  Best to you.
