Yes but your choice: Icy hot is a pregnancy category c medication which means that it has been studied and has been shown to cause adverse effects in animal studies but there are no adequate studies in humans.  It also means that if the potential benefit outweighs the risks, then it is safe to use.  I am not sure as to why you would need to use this but if you do, then it is your judgement call.

No: This will not reduce cellulite.

Accepted Answer

No: That will do nothing except perhaps give you a chemical burn.  The exercise will help, but the icy hot and plastic will not help tighten or tone your stomach.

Alkaline water: Try alkalone water like fiji water from artesian wells, avoid all juices and caffeinated products and sodas.

Lactose intolerance: Gradually most of people develop lactose deficiency which means you cannot break the main protein in milk, then when you drink, you feel cramps and gas.
Lactose free milk should be used.

if i had a stomach ulcer, could the pain be intensified/relieved by sitting/standing/laying down or relieved by an icy hot patch? or must be muscular?

The pain would: be associated with food intake, which would also indicate whether the ulcer is in the stomach or duodenum. Icy Hot won't help pain from ulcers, talk to your doctor.

Viral: If your symptoms started with a common cold, it's possible that your current complaints could be due to the onset of a viral gastroenteritis in which case nausea and diarrhea will follow. Take tylenol, (acetaminophen) rest, light bland diet, and drink room temperature fluids. If no improvement have your physician check you.

Prob not windy day: Lots of things.could be pregnant, have abdominal infection, urine infection, gallstones, liver disease.  Needs exam, labs and tests.  The windy day is not the problem.  See a dr.
