Prob not windy day: Lots of things.could be pregnant, have abdominal infection, urine infection, gallstones, liver disease. Needs exam, labs and tests. The windy day is not the problem. See a dr.

Ulcer/gallbladder: It could be dyspepsia, it could be her gallbladder and it could be her pancreas. If she is exquisitely tender over the stomach then I would go to the doctor, if there is pain but not much tenderness the try an antacid. I think if she is feeling this way it would be advisable (respectfully) for her to break her fast until she feels better.
