Pica: Pica, or the craving for ice chips can be associated with iron deficiency anemia.  You should mention this to your doctor and have your iron levels checked.

Pneumonia : Needs to be examined by doctor as soon as possible. Preferably pediatrician. May need chest X-ray. Don't wait.

Go to the ER now: The risk of dehydration is substantial here if all you're dealing with is gastroenteritis. However, given the child's age, I am most concerned about foreign body ingestion with impaction in the esophagus or even toxic ingestion (a 4 year old can take a swig of under-the-sink chemicals ; you may not have seen it).  Don't take a chance--get the child to the er now.

i have had the stomach flu for two days. not able to keep ice chips down. now am fighting a horrible headache, could this be from dehydration?

Yes: If you can't keep anything down for 2 days, especially if you have diarrhea, fever, vomiting, sweats, you may have significant dehydration.  
Urine dark? Concentrated? Lightheaded?
If you can't even keep down ice chips, may need er or urgent care center for hydration (iv fluids).
Call your doc, or go to er.

Tongue: Many things from dehydration, vitamin deficiency, acid reflux, side effect of your medication or related to your neuropathy. Start by seeing your doctor for some blood tests including thyroid and B12

Some basics: If the kid can pee every 6-8 hrs they are not dehydrated to the point they must be seen or need IV fluids. Ice chips, chilled applesauce &amp; other fluids taken in small frequent amounts can help over time. Please post the kids age when asking questions as approach varies.

Why?: Why would you need to throw that up? One can induce vomiting by stimulating the gag reflex with a finger down the throat.  Others can just think themselves into vomiting, but without a really good reason ( and I do not see one in your post) I would not induce vomiting.

i had unprotected sex on the 28 of may and on the 29 of may morning i drink some mangoo juices and by 3.40 i took the ipill by 5.00 i ate mango ice cream and some banaana chips does the ipill gonna work?

: The effectiveness of that Ipill should not be affected by the noted fruits. However, you need to know the Ipill is not 100% effective so if the pill fails to stop the conception then those noted fruits are not at fault. Take care.

: Yes. It will dissolve soon and the effect on your swallow tube will be transient and self heal.
