Meloxicam – Mobic (meloxicam): is FDA pregnancy category C during the first 29 weeks of gestation &amp; category D starting at 30 weeks gestation.  Under procedures you ask if you should increase your dose of  mobic (meloxicam)? Don't increase mobic (meloxicam)- stop the mobic (meloxicam) now. The risk with mobic (meloxicam) is greater in later stages of pregnancy. This doesn't necessarily mean that harm has come to your baby. Just let the doctor know at 1st ob visit. Be well.

Nothing good: Endone is brand of Oxycodone, opioid or narcotic medication. Targin is brand of combination of Oxycodone plus Naloxone, used to treat opioid overdose. Mobic (meloxicam) is brand of NSAID, pain reliever, similar to Ibuprofen. Maximum dose of Mobic (meloxicam) is 15mg daily so 60mg in 3hrs is considered an overdose. Nothing good comes from overdose. Call 911 or your local emergency response service.

Arthritis: Sulfasalazine is used primarily for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis or ulcerative colitis. Mobic (meloxicam) and advil can be used for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis. 
Not sure what your condition is, but i would not take advil and Mobic (meloxicam) as those are same class medications. Sulfasalazine is sulfa based drug and is somewhat different from advil and mobic (meloxicam).

Meloxiam: Stop the meloxicam / mobic now since it is FDA pregnancy category C during first 30 weeks of pregnancy and then becomes category D. Meloxicam / mobic can increase risk for miscarriage and for premature closure of ductus arteriosus. This doesn't necessarily mean that there has been harm to your fetus. Do stop the med now and let your OB know. Take care.

Liquor: Alcohol can become an addiction which is a serious medical condition that is hard to treat and can be fatal.  Meloxicam, when taken as prescribed, is safe and has no potential for causing addiction.

Stay with one: Don't take both just  a  daily dose of one nor the other.  Arcoxia is  less likely to irritate  the stomach as  it is  what  we  call a COX-2 inhibitor. At your age it  is safer to take either since there is less likelly to be an effect on the kidney function and blood pressure, since these  medications suppress prostagalndins that  maintain kidney function more often in older  people.
