Get evaluated: Headaches can be a concerning symptom and can have many causes.  Some are deserving of emergent treatment.  Warning signs are chronic headaches that suddenly change in quality or intensity, multiple headaches a week, new onset headaches that affect one's ability to function, associated vomiting, associated dizziness/double vision/neck ache/fever/weakness, or the need to take daily pain medication.

rarely i wake up at night with rectal pain. recently i had it and it was extremely painful. i felt nauseous, light headed, my arms started falling asleep. i used prep h and that helped as well as a hot shower. why would arms tingle? wasn't hypervnt

Abnormal unrelated: You have nocturnal rectal pain.  That is abnormal.  It wakes you up and that is abnormal.  You either have hemorrhoids or you have constipation.  So record you bowel movements ( how many and how often per day) and your diet(what are you eating and drinking).  This should be treated.  You should see your doctor with this history.  Unrelated is that you are probably sleeping on your arms.

my boyfriend noticed that i "spaz" or jerk in my sleep. i also feel light headed & odd when this happens because im not fully asleep.

Tough waking up: That's a lot of negative energy first thing in the morning!  Are these feelings new?  Has any of your medication changed recently?  Could be side effect. Have you had a complete physical with blood tests recently?  If not, please schedule now.  
Thyroid problems, anemia, drug and alcohol use, sleep disorders, depression or other psych disorders are just a few possible causes of these symptoms.

Hello. : Hello. I can not diagnose the cause of your symptoms.   It could be consistent with panic attacks.  Panic attacks are usually brief. They often last a couple of minutes to around ten minutes. Symptoms can include a sense of severe anxiety or panic as well as chest tightness or pain and a rapid or pounding heartbeat.   There could also be areas of numbness or pins and needles type sensation. A person can experience hot flashes or chills and perspire heavily.  There may be a tickle sensation in the stomach or nausea.  When a person has a panic attack they may feel dizzy or faint and may become physically shaky. The person may fear that they are going crazy, they are out of control or that they are about to die.  There can be a sense that  you feel unreal (dissassociation called depersonalization) or the sense that everything around you feels fake (derealization).
      It is very important to have a full physical evaluation to rule out  possible underlying medical problems.  If you are not found to have a medical problem causing your symptoms then recommend that you see either  a psychiatrist or a psychologist to get help with this.

Prolonged migraine: But it can be also due to more serious problems, such as thyroid disease, anemia, magnesium deficiency, and other. Definitely need to see a doc for testing and treatment. If all tests are normal, Migralex, Imitrex, (sumatriptan) and other drugs can help. Also, taking magnesium and other supplements can help. Regular exercise, meditation, healthy diet, etc, is the way to prevent headaches.

Anxiety?: Sounds like an anxiety disorder. These generally have a good prognosis with therapy and/or medication. See your doctor for a more comete evaluation to find out. You'll be fine. It doesn't sound related to your stomach or gallbladder. Hope this helps!

See your doctor: It sounds like lightheadedness, generalized weakness, and lethargy. These can be symptoms are a large variety of problems and a medical problem must be ruled out as a first step. Your doctor can take a more thorough history and perform a physical exam including appropriate labs as needed to help identify the problem. Good luck!

Probably not. : Your symptoms don't sound typical for brain cancer. They sound more like low blood pressure, possibly dehydration. You need to check your blood pressure and see a doctor.

Jerks: Infrequent Myoclonal jerks or a startle like reaction can occur during the half awake, half asleep phase and may not be due to any serious neurological disorder and are rarely harmful. I assume you don't have any other neurological symptoms. Muscle fatigue may play a role,however. I don't think there's any relation to your body build.
