my 6month baby had eye infection so doctor did blood test nd told crp as 6.4 is that normal doctor suggested antibiotic injection for that!

Ocular infection: Do not know what the doctor actually diagnosed or was treating, but there are few "eye infections" in a 6 mos old that would need a single antibiotic injection.  Hopefully this doctor is pediatrician.  If not, go and have your baby seen be a pediatrician. The CRP is a very non-specific indicator of inflammation and is not generally an indicator, by itself, of a need for antibiotics.

doctor said that i have moderate blood in my urine from a recent urine test , but no infection.  small pain and feels like infection. what is this?

Need to investigate: Blood in urine needs to be investigated. You may wish to ask the doctor to repeat the test, in case the first sample was contaminated with menstrual blood. Blood in urine may be due to infection, stones, or tumor. It would be prudent to have it investigated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

spent 4 days now without erections.went to the doctor and did some tests from urine and blood.was told am having an infection from the urine tests.was given medicine and was told was the cause of the ed.but feeling some small pain in left testicles. ?

Genitourinary tract: infection can cause these symptoms, kindly revisit your doctor for further management and possibly antibiotics according to your case and lab results, wish you well

i got a full panel blood test + urine test and my doctor told me everything was normal + excellent. i suspected a yeast/candida overgrowth. but now im not sure. would that have shown in my blood work. doc says sugar + insulin levels are great?

: Your post is confusing. Yeast/candida overgrowth is one myth alternative healers promote as affecting energy/lifestyle. Candida is a normal organism in stool, and excessive growth can occur after antibiotic use, but is contained inside the bowel. If it were in the blood you would be near death in an ICU. The cited studies are reported as normal. It is not clear what issue you are concerned about.

if i have a bladder infection and want to see a doctor for it, can that doctor tell from the urine test if i have been taking illegal drugs?

Different test : A urine tox screen would not be a routine test for somebody who presents with symptoms of a UTI   they would have to specifically look for drugs in your urine.

STD Testing: I do not understand your question. To test someone for an std that test has to be discussed and approved by the patient. You did not mention in your question what the doctor was seeing you for or what tests are ordered.  A patient visit has to have a theme or purpose and a reason for the test.  There are thousands of tests that can be run. They are all very expensive.

Do Urinalysis/Cultur: You need to have a urinalysis and urine culture to find out the bacteria causing the infection.Most of UTIs are caused by EColi 
In healthy people many mild infections will cure spontaneously without antibiotics
But those with symptoms of pain and frequency with/without blood in urine and those with frequent recurrences need to be treated with appropriate antibiotics

Pain: Symptoms could be from your back. Although I am glad your urine does not show infection it is still possible you have kidney stone. 
For starters try some Ibuprofen and or Acetaminophen.
