Leg cramps: this is due to the preparation drinks. this could cause electrolyte imbalance. drink more juice to replace what ever mineral you lost during the preparation

there is i cramp in the back of my calf. it was their all day yesterday and it still hasn't gone away. it hurts to put my weight on that leg. help?

Calf pain: If your pain still exists i would see your doctor or go to the er to make sure you dont have a deep vein thrombosis. Barring that you may have had a trauma to your calf.

just got off of work and sat down to eat and i noticed my leg started to hurt pretty bad out of nowhere. it feels like cramp pain but its not cramping. the pain stops if i lay down, its also twitching a tiny bit. is this bad?

Electrolytes: Cramps are usually associated with some type of electrolyte problem and calcium, magnesium or potassium are likely decreased.  See if your doctor can check them.

Not typically: numbness needs to be evaluated. While spasm decreases blood flow to muscle and occasionally surrounding tissue, any permanent injury remains rare. See a neurologist or PMR doc for full eval. It is also possible that your sexual position resulted in a pinched nerve, exclusive of the spasm.

i flexed my leg this afternoon, and felt a small cramp near my adductors. now it hurts a little when i walk and feels like it's spreading.

Strain: The muscle probably sustained a strain with some microtears leading to release of inflammatory substances. Apply cold compresses and,if you can take them, nsaids like ibuprofen to combat inflammation. Of course you have to rest your leg and these injuries heal in about a week.

Get evaluated: Often bruises appear after a non painful trauma, or during sleep, but medical diseases can also appear as bruises, so it is prudent to get a medical evaluation to determine your health is sound

Leg cramps: You may be compressing the nerves/blood vessels to your legs when you sit with your feet on the floor.  You should probably get this checked out by your primary doctor or a vascular surgeon.

: I can think of all the bones, muscles arteries and veins that are in the area you describe and there are at least 1000 things that can be going on.

Your body is talking to you.  Listen and take good notes. Exactly where does it hurt?  What do you do that makes it worse/better?  How long does it last?  etc  Then share with Dr &amp; you all will be able to figure out what is going on and how to fix it
