Well...: You can get OTC COLACE (docusate sodium)...  follow the direction on the bottle.
From now on, increase the amount of fiber in your diet, and drink a lot of fluids.
(Metamucil as a fiber supplement is quite good)

Miralax (polyethylene glycol): You can buy MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) at your local store, read the bottle instructions and follow that. Usually i recommend people put a cap full in their water or beverage and drink that. It will take a few days for its full potential to kick in but make sure you continue to use it until you don't need it any more. Also drink plenty of water. Good luck with everything.

Nothing is wrong: constipation can happen when the baby starts to go down lower- due to the baby pressing the colon.  i encourage you to keep up with oral hydration and discuss with your OB in regard to the OTC medication you can get for constipation.  Soon, you are going to enjoy your bundle of joy. congratulations.

No worries...: Hemorrhoids or "piles" are normal anatomic veins at the anus.  They are also referred to as "anal cushions".  If you sit or stand a lot, or have constipation or diarrhea, these veins can enlarge and become evident.  They might cause itching, pain or bleeding.  They will shrink with time once the triggering event is abated.  Good luck!

Most Probably: It is not medically safe to starve yourself. Nutrition and exercise are a very important part of a safe weight loss regimen. It is not only about consuming the right amount of calories but also consuming the right foods as well.  Lack of water will lead to dehydration and constipation. Discuss your weight loss regimen with your doctor.

Dep. severity; fluid: matter of symptoms/severity - not just stool frequency, but also straining, incomplete evacuation, pain/cramp. Severe complications can incl bleeding and tears of colon, perhaps diverticulas and rectal tear/hemorrhoids. Increase fluids and fiber intake, review diet/meds/Thyroid (TSH)/pregnancy/diabetes w your doctor (potential gut allergies eg to milk/gluten) and consider psyllium/prunes if mild

Take Maalox or-mylan: Mylanta or maalox work right away but their effect is short lasting. For 24 hour relief you should take Prilosec or Omeprazole ...Both are available over the counter. But you have to take it daily as the beenefit lasts only for 24 hours.

See a doc : There are Rx Meds with FDA indication for IBS-constipation such as Amitiza. Natural laxative foods include summer fruits like cherries, blue berries, peaches, plums, nectarines, and dried fruits like prunes, dates, figs, apricots, but all these may cramp as they contain senna. Miralax (generic PEG) is also very good for maintaining moisture in the gut, and doesn’t cramp.

Visit your doctor: Your symptoms could be either manifestation of functional bowel disease or it could organic mucosal disease. You should see your Gastroenterologist at the earliest. Probably you should not try to treat yourself at the moment. Thanks
