i tried to pop a pimple about my lip and now my lip is hard and swollen what can i do to make my lip not swollen and better?

Probably ice: I say probably because e I don't know the time frame. If you popped the pimple a few days ago now have a hard swollen lip I would worry about infections and start warm soaks and see a doctor. If this is recent and you traumatized the lip then ice will reduce swelling. See a doctor if any pus , throbbing , tenderness fever etc

tried popping nothing came out just bled around.
woke up sat 6am and my bottom lip is swollen bad,help?

Infection spread: By manipulating the pimple, you have released the contents into the subcutaneous tissue. If it progresses, you may need antibiotics. See your MD

Vaginal bump: bumps on the vaginal lips are common complaints and usually are nothing to worry about.  These include Bartholin's cysts which occur on the lower part of the lips outside of the vagina, Skene's duct cysts which occur on either side of the urethra, sebaceous cyst, clogged sweat glands, genital herpes, human papilloma virus, genital warts.  You should have it checked out by your doctor.

Doubt herpes: Herpes lesions are unlikely to contain "hard white pus". Probably it was just a pimple. But see your doctor if you remain uncertain.

Complications: You may have released any germs  or debris that were contained within the zit capsule into the deep tissue. It will either cause a deep tissue infection requiring treatment or our body will contain it. Moist heat may improve blood flow around the area to speed recovery  or make the need for a visit more obvious. That is one of the complications of messing with zits.

Pimple on lip: Apparantly there is more going on than a simple pimple. This needs to be seen clinically. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for a visual and clinical examination.
