Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity at tolerated.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, the results you provided are not a cause for concern.

Abnormal discharge: It is not clear from your description as to the source of the discharge.  Sometimes old blood from a period can cause a brownish vaginal drainage, and bacterial vaginitis can cause some discharge that is somewhat foul smelling.  Occasionally one can get an anal fistula that drains to the skin. Please schedule an exam with your family doctor or gynecologist.

i might be prediabetic and have a nasty penis yeast infection. will go to a gp to proper dx. what kind of blood/urine tests should i run before going to consultation? don't want to go only to be told to go and get my blood checked first. thanks!

Blood tests: Are you able to order your own blood testing? Diabetes makes one more susceptible to yeast infections, so a blood sugar determination would be helpful. Of course genital yeast infections can be transmitted back and forth between untreated sex partners even in the absence of diabetes.
