If you had a normal period then you are likely not pregnant, however if it was light then that's more common in early pregnancy. You can take a pregnancy test now and repeat in two weeks to be sure. On the other hand, your abdomen may be hard due to gas or possibly even a muscle spasm.

Home pregnancy tests are very accurate and not affected by foods, herbs, common illnesses, sexually transmitted diseases, or medications. A correctly done urine test gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

While you can always get pregnant if you are having unprotected intercourse, this does not sound like pregnancy. It sounds like a gastrointestinal issue if it only happens after you eat and goes away in a few hours. If your periods are regular it isn't likely that you are pregnant. You can do a pregnancy test to confirm this but then see your primary care provider to look into what is going on.

Your periods were almost exactly a month apart which is more normal than most people. A two day difference is not abnormal at all.

You may just be having some fluctuation of your cycle. This can happen at times without obvious cause. Stress, thyroid and other endocrine problems can also cause changes. If it is isolated no need to pursue but if persistent irregularities you should investigate. Home tests are very good but some times just do not pick up early on.  Do next test in am with first urine as will be more concentrated

Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

A home urine pregnancy test gives a accurate result. One can test about 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred), 1 week after missing a period, or 1 week after starting a "weird" period.

Not all bleeding is your period.  Bleeding like this could be pregnancy related, but also could be related to not ovulating.
