Jock itch: Sounds like tinea cruris or jock itch, caused by fungal infection. Try otc anti- fungal cream like clotrimazole. If no relief, make an appointment with your doctor.

If you've never been diagnosed with this before, maybe speak with your ob/gyn, especially if you have other bothersome premenstrual.

They may then determine topical treatment or ask to perform further evaluation of the rectal lining. Symptoms may prove functional (proctalgia fugax) & warrant different rx.

Most likely: Most diabetics when weak and sweaty have low blood sugars and should drink oj or eat or take a glucose tablet and take their blood sugar reading. And yes they can get very cranked, crabby and be in a bad mood during these awful reactions.

It can: Any forced stretching or other trauma, especially if repeated, can weaken anal sphincter tone. Many people engage in anal play, but any activities that are painful or are associated with weakened tone, especially resulting in unexpected/uncontrolled stool leakage, should be stopped. Over time without trauma, tone may return. If it does not, interventions including surgery may be required.
