Is anus pain is normal before periods?

Can be: In the time before a period, you have an increase of prostaglandins, these are neurotransmitters that transmit pain and inflammatory signals to your brain. Some women who have endometriosis, can have increased pain throughout pelvis including the rectum and even anus. If you've never been diagnosed with this before, maybe speak with your ob/gyn, especially if you have other bothersome premenstrual.
