Leave it alone: Leave it alone.  Just wash it as normal, don't put any chemicals on it (including acne cream or lotion).  It will heal.

Benzoyl peroxide: Benzoyl peroxide is a great start.  There are several preparations.  Pick the type you feel most comfortable with.

Local care: You have just drained an inflamed, sometimes infected, abscess.  Warm baths/showers to clean the area, followed by cool compresses.  Folk wisdom will suggest following this with some witch hazel.  Treat the area gently and it will settle down over time.  Next time avoid abusing the skin by popping pimples.

Swelling: Never pop a pimple. Swelling of the lip is of concern for spreading infection as I'm hard pressed to otherwise explain the swelling. I recommend that you have your physician examine you or go to the hospital emergency room as systemic antibiotics may be needed.

:  There are several variables to your concern. Is there an infection deeper than the skin?  I cannot provide you advice without seeing and evaluating the issue, but it may need antibiotics by mouth. This can be serious to need you to go to the hospital for CT scan.

: Go to Alba Botanica web site and see. I would stop using it. Remember that those who make supplements/biologicals do not have to prove they are safe or do what the say they claim they do.

Improve, not remove: Scars are permanent. Having said that, there are ways to make them less noticeable. The first is time: scars mature over 6-18 months and don't assume their final form till then. Other methods are pressure, silicone sheeting, mederma, steroid injections or surgery. Surgery is a last resort for most scars, but many can be improved in this way if all else fails.

i applied epiduo on neck pimples there is redness and rash how can i get rid of it asap can i use cetaphil lotion to get rid of it?

: Epiduo and other acne preparations can be drying to the surrounding skin.  It may be necessary to stop usage for awhile and then resume applying less frequently.   A bland lotion can be soothing, but will not stop the problem if you continue to apply.  If it is itchy or doesn't resolve promptly, see your doctor, preferably the one who provided the Epiduo.

Probably not: Eyedrops are not formulated to penetrate the skin, so they are not likely going to be effective. See your dermatologist for proper medication.
