A bleeding or clotting disorder, such as hemophilia, von willebrand's disease, thrombocytopenia, or another less common bleeding or clotting disorder.
Other diseases that affect clotting.

Question unclear: If you have a 4 year old with these conditions you should have them seen by a pediatric infectious diseases expert.  If this is in an adult it is very unusual to see both staph and salmonella producing osteomyelitis in the same patient. If you are being treated and are having petechiae you need to see a doctor immediately and consider having an echocardiogram and ruling out allergy.

does petechiae from sjogren's syndrome disappear on its own? i had petechiae and it disappeared within 2 weeks. dermatologist said it is not to worry.

Need Notbe a concern: With platelet count(number) like this, Petechiae have no meaning or any significance. Some drugs like Aspirin can make platelets non functional for a few days. That is the only factor to look into...otherwise you do not need to do anything further.

i have what looks like petechiae on my whartons ducts. burns when i stretch it, reddened slightly swollen, should i worry?? been a week , cancer?

Depends: If it goes away after a few days, I'd not be concerned. But it is persistent, best to ask your dentist to take a look at it. Sometimes these ducts can be obstructed by stone.

Possible Vasculitis: This needs to be seen and perhaps a skin biopsy needs to be done.  You could have a condition that is causing inflammation of your blood vessels.
