i'm on depokate, welbutrin and celexa (citalopram) in am. have to have surgery and pills make me sick without food. will i be affected if i miss just one dose?

Depends.:  If you take these pills for mood, such as depression, you will be fine. If for epilepsy, specifically depakote, you need to take IV the day before and day after the surgery.

Little risk: 600 mg wellbutrin (bupropion) too high-max is 400mg spaced correctly so the 300 mg should be safe.

wellbutrin (bupropion) sr 150mg has been keeping me awake all night for a week now.. i take it early in the morning like 7ish... will this go away or should i ask my doctor for an immediate  release or a smaller dose?

It improves: Your body tends to get use to it's long acting effects but if you cannot endure a week or two of your symptoms then your better off changing to the immediate release form. The good thing about the SR is that it dose not have to put your through those up's and downs.
