No period is common: Without any information there is little we can do here except to remind you that there are a number of reasons for a missed period. You have provided no history or medications or other information to help us.  It says you are 18 and already have three babies.  I am sure this is not the first time you have faced this dilemma. Easy to figure out: A home urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result if done correctly and read correctly, the week after missing a period, or 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have been). In this odd situation, a woman can take a couple of her home tests to her doctor's office and do the doctor's test plus her two home tests, all on the same urine sample, and see the results with her doctor.

Probably not needed: If will ease your mind then go ahead and get one more in a different brand to be sure.  But with 3 separate tests being negative it is unlikely that you are pregnant.

Repeat test: Repeat pregnancy test in 1 week.  In meantime, you will see what is happening with your period.   I would also mention this to your doctor.  Hormonal imbalances, stress, nutrition, medical conditions can all effect your cycle

: You should see your gynecologist so that you can be examined as the first step to diagnosing your symptoms. Occasionally, there is a cycle where ovulation does not occur and a period is missed. Possible reasons: Reasons for missed / late period include: an anovulatory cycle in which no egg is released, marked v or ^ in weight; eating disorder; Over-exercising (endurance athletics), stress, travel, significant illnesses, oral contraceptives &amp; other meds, Illegal drug use, breast feeding, hormone imbalances and medical problems (i.e., PCOS). Pregnancy is #1 reason.

The menstrual cycle can vary by a few days from month to month, so if your period is only a few days late, i wouldn't worry. However, if your period is delayed by more than just a couple days you should repeat the test and call or visit your doctor.
