None: If you have been sexually acitve this month ovulation may already have occured and pregnancy is possible. Depo-provera injection can only be given during the first 5-7 days of menstrual bleeding or within the 75 -105 day period of the previous Depo-Provera injection to avoid giiving it during an active pregnancy.

Missed Depo: If you don't want to be pregnant, time to go see your doctor have a pregnancy test and get back on your depo. You don't have to bleed or have a period after having a baby to get pregnant.  You can ovulate and get pregnant before your first period.

can you get pregnate if you miss depo-provera shot by 4 weeks? i was supposed to take my shot last month and forgot and now im feeling different

Yes: Depo-provera is only expected to work if it is used as prescribed.  Theoretically, you could get pregnant even if you miss the shot by one day.  The greater the amount of time missed by, the greater the risk.  A pregnancy test would provide an answer to the question.

May be: Periods and bleeding tend to be irregularly irregular on the Depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone)  shot. Do a pregnancy test for peace of mind.

Can take : up to 12 months for regular ovulation to return. As this has been going on awhile, talking to your doctor may allow for treatments to improve cyclic regularity.

Definitely possible: If you don't want to get pregnant use condoms until you talk to your doctor about getting back on depoprovera.

Probably not: You are 1&1/2 years from returning to a normal ovulation / shedding endometrial wall cycle, and your periods are regular.  I dont believe it should be more difficult to get pregnant than other women never on depot.  Don't know ur age and how fast ur biological clock is ticking, but relax about when and if it occurs--anxiety about it may prevent it.  Have intercourse during mid-cycle (ovulating)...

Yes: you can ovulate after you stop Depo-Provera shot any time. The period just a sign of you going thrue the cycle. Ovulation happens before period. Do pregnancy test when in doubt .
