Very rarely: There are a few reports of the pinworms migrating from the lower GI tract (their natural habitat) to the vagina but this is definitely rare.  You should see your doctor for the appropriate microscopic examinations.

You may need to: check for a vaginal infection. It also may be irregular spotting/ periods with your hormone cycle at your age.  It could be very early on, or minor spotting may be a fluke.  But if it continues, you may need to see a GYN or family physician to help you regulate your cycle to be more predictable.

Vaginal discharge: Vaginal discharge is a very normal thing. The amount and color vary. White to clear and yellow are normal. Depending on hormone levels as well as time of the cycle, discharge can increase and decrease, be watery or sticky. Birth control and pregnancy will often change the type and amount of discharge. Likely nothing: The HPV germs are rather selective in the environments where they will live. Genital HPV infections can pass to other genital skin, and sometimes the throat, but the regular skin surface would not be a site in a person with a normal immune system.

Bacterial vaginosis: Mostly commonly, a fishy odor from the vagina is bacterial vaginosis.  An overgrowth of a normal bacteria in the vagina.  Sometimes it can be in response to environmental changes such as changes in diet, exercise, stress or products placed in the vagina.  If you're concerned, see your physician and she may decide to treat you with some antibiotics.

Have it checked: Any fluid that stays for  a while can have a smell. If you have a foul-smelling discharge, have it checked as it can be from an infection and of highlight of these is trichomonas which needs antibiotics. Other infections possible, and our sense of smell may all be different.
