Bloating: Bloated usually means full of gas and uncomfortable. Overweight people with large abdomens are uncomfortable if they are bloated, not so if they are not.

i'm 20lbs overweight but stomach feels hard underneath and looks 17 weeks pre. blood test was 0.2hcg. what's the chance of the test being inaccurate?

Very low: Have you missed any periods? If you have, you may do a home pregnancy test, but blood test is generally more accurate.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Lifestyle changes: Eat small balanced meals every 2-3 hours consisting of a whole,unprocessed foods such as a lean protein, veggies, and healthy fat (eg - avocado) Reduce your starch/carbohydrate intake from breads/pasta as low as possible.  Daily exercise to increase calories burned throughout the day is important to maintain good health as well.  Last, reduce calories by limiting drinks with calories-water is best

Probably normal.: it is not unusual for young people to be able to feel a pulse in their abdomen. It usually occurs in people who are thin, although people who are normal weight can occasionally feel it also. It would be a good idea to see your doctor and have your blood pressure checked, but it will probably turn out to be innocuous. Good luck.

have a family member thats a 65 year old male and slightly overweight in their stomach area. when he sits he breathes somewhat heavy. you can hear him breathing. what can this mean? thanks?

: He should see his doctor to find out why he is short of breath with minimal exertion. This can represent a heart condition, a lung condition, a blood issue like anemia, deconditioning, etc. There are so many things that can cause this and some are very serious. He needs to see a doctor to evaluate why he is short of breath and treat his condition, if needed. Good luck!

Can be normal: The veins from the lower abdominal wall drain down into the groin.  In a patient with very fair skin and delicate skin these can be visible. You mentioned that liver is normal and i assume that you donot have varicose veins in the legs.

Increased billirubin: the bilirubin and especially the conjugated billirubin is elevated in certian conditions of liver and gall bladder area, like gall stones and stones in the common bile duct( the pipe the connect liver to intestine). it could also be caused in certain types of hepatitis.
you should start with a liver and gall bladder ultrasound and if they are abnormal seeking a gastrointestinal or surgical consult

i'm a overweight 17.5 stone 17 y/o and want to lose weight through exercise but everytime i do up to 20 sit upsi get terrible stomach cramps. why so?

Situps: It may just be that your abdominal muscles are weak and not used to doing sit-ups. When you  do a very strenuous workout, it is not uncommon to have sore muscles. This usually means you have broken them down and are rebuilding stronger muscles. Start with maybe 10 sit-ups and slowly work your way up to 20 sit-ups over the course of a week or two.

Ulcer: You may have peptic ulcer disease. Please see ur doctor do that they can prescribe you meds and also plan any tests.
