Some thots: Need to find out if "tired" due to sleep disorder, depression, low thyroid, as any of these can promote headaches, of either migraine type or tension type.  Have a long discussion with your usual doctor and decide the next steps.  Your problems are common and usually a successful outcome results from pinning down causation.

Vitamin b: Best would be to have work up for your symptoms. If you prove to be deficient for vitamin B, your doc will be able, based on actual levels, to come up with a clear prescription. Otherwise vitamin supplementation is no longer recommended without proven deficiency and it is not likely to help with your symptoms.

Seek evaluation: Any onset of new neurological symptoms requires evaluation.  Can be something as simple as migraine or benign positional vertigo (often a combination thereof) or something as serious as a brain tumor.  Best to be evaluated.

If you are taking any new over-the-counter meds or supplements, stop for now except for acetaminophen or ibuprofen (with food only and not if nausea, diarrhea). Do not drive or operate hazardous machinery and avoid heights if you are frequently dizzy. Get seen this week
